  • Q-Venture mergers with a London based Telecommunication company to form Eaton-Venture LLP.
  • Quintica expand into West Africa and opens an office in Nigeria.
  • Quintica group of companies/subsidiaries undertakes an MBO from Eaton Venture to form a Mauritian holding company, Quintica International Holdings Limited.
  • Quintica forms a strategic alliance with Avaya (Avaya & Nortel) and Riverbed.
  • Quintica West Africa enters Ghana and builds their first West African Managed Services presence in Accra.
  • Safaricom formally appoint Quintica Kenya to be their strategic partner to supply Managed and Hosted Data Services into their customer base.
  • HP appoints Quintica Kenya as their sole authorised Technical Training Centre for East Africa.
2009
  • Quintica expands into East Africa and opens an office in Nairobi.
  • Quintica Kenya builds and opens the groups first fully owned Commercial Data Centre and Managed Services Centre in Nairobi.
  • Quintica Kenya takes on a local Kenyan Equity partner in the form of a local business man and entrepreneur, Kiprono Kittony.
  • Quintica forms a strategic alliance with Dell.
  • Quintica forms a strategic alliance with Entuity Software.

2008
  • Quintica NL sells their interest in Quintica as well as the rights to the brand and all of its ITSM Intellectual Property.
  • Quintica forms a strategic alliance with BMC Software.
  • Quintica mergers with Venture Communications to form a Pan African ICT group called Q-Venture.
  • Q-Venture acquires an external equity partner, DPI (ADP1).
2007
  • Quintica forms a strategic alliance with Oracle.
  • Quintica acquires Pennine IT Solutions.
2006
  • Quintica expands into the Middle East and opens an office in Dubai.
  • Colin Cloete joins Quintica and appointed to the Board.
2005
  • Charles Osburn joins Quintica in 2005 as CEO.
  • Quintica acquires CSMG Pty Ltd and Jurgen Muller joins the Quintica Board.
2004
  • CRM Analytics joins Quintica NL to form the Quintica group of companies with offices in Amsterdam, London and now Johannesburg.
  • CRM Analytics rebrands to Quintica SA Pty Ltd.
  • Quintica awarded the Marval Distributor rights for Africa.
2001
