	Roger Purdie Director: Q-ME Asia Pacific Pty. Ltd With over 25 years in the Information Technology industry Roger has been involved with support, tactical and strategic level issues relating to the provision of quality IT services. He has spent time working in mining, oil refinery, systems integration, consultancy and training businesses. He has a capability to take complex concepts and show how they can be applied in simple terms. He is an international speaker and has a passion for IT professionalism. 	Terry Swan Terry Swan represents Quintica in South Australia and Victoria. Terry is a Microsoft Certified Trainer as well as a Certified Network Engineer. This background gives Terry and excellent insight into the issues that underpin ITIL. Terry has a strong technical background that allows him to relate real life stories to the theory of ITIL..
	TaeSuk Kim TaeSuk (TS) Kim has signed on as the Q-ME Asia Pacific representative for South Korea. TS is an accomplished business man in South Korea and has specialist expertise in Autodesk sales and support. TS has for a long time been promoting the message that IT is no longer just about providing robust infrastructure, there is now so much more. TS has already begun promoting ITIL to his client base and is looking forward to representing Q-ME in and around Seoul. TS has expertise in the construction and architecture industries and he looks forward to explaining how IT Service Management and a service approach to managing IT can assist these and many other industries.
	Charles Osburn CEO: Quintica Group Charles has been in the IT business for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience as both a user as well as a supplier. He has held senior management positions in the Banking as well as Manufacturing environment before starting up and being the co-founder of DNS, which went on to become one of the leading Network and Professional/Managed Services suppliers in South Africa. Since the successful sale and integration of DNS into the Dimension Data Group, Charles has been involved in a number of projects ranging from Software R&D to Managed Services and Consulting both in South Africa as well as the UK and Australia.
